2.0 fl. oz. of Pear Juice
1.0 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice

Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass filled with ice, top with Ginger Ale, stir, garnish with a Wedge of Apple, serve with a Straw.
