8.0 oz. of Caster Sugar
2.0 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
4 Cinnamon Sticks
4 Cloves
1 bottle of Red Wine

Mixing Procedure
Heat all ingredients (except Red Wine) in a saucepan, boil for five minutes, add Red Wine, heat to almost boiling, pour into a toddy glass.
