Mulled Wine
Serves 8
1 bottle of Red Wine
2.0 fl. oz. of Brandy
2.0 fl. oz. of Grand Mariner
2 teaspoons of Caster Sugar
3 teaspoons of Honey
Cinnamon Stick
Cloves
Star Anise
2 Bay Leaves
2.0 fl. oz. of Orange Juice
2.0 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice

Slice of Lemon

Mixing Procedure
Heat all ingredients (except Juices) in a saucepan, stir until Caster Sugar is dissolved, add Juices, simmer for 90 minutes, stirring occassionally, strain into wine glasses, garnish with a Slice of Lemon stuck with Cloves.
