0.5 fl. oz. of Blue Curacao
0.5 fl. oz. of Melon Liqueur

Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a martini glass, float the Champagne on top by pouring over the back of a spoon to form distinct layers.
