Strawberry Cup
Serves 20
1.5 lbs of hulled and sliced Strawberries
3.5 fl. oz. of Creme de Fraises
2 bottles of White Wine
2 teaspoons of Caster Sugar
Ice
2 bottles of Champagne

Mixing Procedure
Place the Strawberries in a punch bowl, add Creme de Fraises, refrigerate for an hour, add White Wine, stir, just before serving add ice and Champagne, stir, serve in wine glasses.
