Serves 12
4 teaspoons of Caster Sugar
25 fl. oz. of Pineapple Juice
25 fl. oz. of Pink Grapefruit Juice
1.0 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
12 fl. oz. of Gold Rum
9.0 fl. oz. of Apricot Brandy
9.0 fl. oz. of Passoa
1 sliced Orange
8 sliced Strawberries
Half a sliced Lemon

Suggested Garnish


 

Mixing Procedure


Combine all ingredients (except sliced Orange, Strawberries, Lemon, Sprig of Mint and ice) in a punch bowl, stir to dissolve the Caster Sugar, refrigerate for a couple of hours, add the sliced Orange, Strawberries, Lemon, Sprig of Mint and just before serving add ice, serve in wine glasses.
