1 teaspoon of Caster Sugar
1 tea spoon of Egg White Powder
2 Dashes of Kirsch
1.0 fl. oz. of Double Cream
Soda Water
Ice

2 Maraschino Cherries

Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients (except Soda Water) in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass filled with ice, top with Soda Water, garnish with Maraschino Cherries
