2.0 fl. oz. of Bourbon
4 Mint Leaves
4 teaspoons of Caster Sugar
Dash of Dark Rum
Ice

Suggested Garnish
Wedge of Lemon
Straw

Mixing Procedure
Combine ice, Bourbon, Mint Leaves and Caster Sugar in a mixing glass, stir, pour into a highball glass filled with ice and stir gently until glass is frosted, top with a Dash of Dark Rum, garnish with a Wedge of Lemon, serve with a Straw.
