Mixing Procedure

Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in Brandy, Bitters, top with Ginger Ale, garnish with a horse's head.

To make a horse's head - peel away the skin of lemon in one long piece, tie a knot in one end and drape the knotted end over the edge of a highball glass.
