2.0 fl. oz. of White Rum
Crushed Ice
Dash of Cranberry Juice
Sparkling Water

Mixing Procedure
Place Lime Juice and Caster Sugar into a highball glass, add Mint Leaves, crush with a spoon, add White Rum, fill with Crushed Ice, add Cranberry Juice, top with Sparkling Water, stir, serve with a Stirrer.
