1.0 fl. oz. of Dark Rum

Mixing Procedure
Place Lime Juice, Sprig of Mint and Brown Sugar into a highball glass, crush with a spoon, add Dark Rum, fill with Crushed Ice, top with Ginger Ale, stir, serve with a Stirrer.
