Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients (except 151 proof Demerara Rum) in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass filled with ice, float the 151 proof Demerara Rum on top, garnish with a Wedge of Pineapple and a Maraschino Cherry, serve with a Straw.
